1. General:

  • These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of home automation products (“Products”) by Three Wire Technologies Private Limited (“Company”) through online and offline channels.
  • By purchasing Products from the Company, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Product Information:

  • The Company offers a range of home automation products designed to enhance the functionality and convenience of residential spaces.
  • Detailed information about each Product, including specifications, features, and pricing, is available on the Company’s website and at authorized retail locations.

3. Orders and Payment:

  • Orders can be placed through the Company’s website or at authorized retail locations.
  • The Company accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment gateways.
  • For online orders, payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. EMI Payment Option:

  • The Company offers the Bank EMI option for eligible purchases made through Razorpay.
  • Customers opting for the EMI payment option must meet the eligibility criteria set by the bank and Razorpay.
  • The EMI payment option is subject to approval by the bank and Razorpay.
  • Interest rates, processing fees, and other charges associated with the EMI option are determined by the bank and Razorpay.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days once the order is confirmed.
  • Tracking information will be shared via email and WhatsApp.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the Customer’s location and the shipping method selected.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements:

  • Returns will be accepted within 10 days of delivery if there is any manufacturing defect.
  • Replacements will be accepted within 7 days if the products are not installed or used.
  • Refunds will be processed and settled into the Customer’s bank account within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the returned item back at our facility and completing a thorough inspection.
  • Detailed refund, return, and replacement policy is available on the Company’s website.

7. Warranty:

  • The Company offers a 5-year warranty on all Products.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in the materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Liability:

  • The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Products.
  • The Company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Products under the warranty terms.

9. Governing Law:

  • This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction].

10. Amendments:
